Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want Comment Crafter to feel like an obvious yes, not a gamble. This page explains exactly how the trial works, how cancellation works, and when we issue refunds.
The short version. Try the product for 7 days, free, no card required. If you upgrade and decide it’s not for you, you can cancel any time and your subscription stops renewing. We review refund requests case-by-case within 14 days of a charge.
Free trial
- Every new account gets 7 days of free access with one AI-generated comment per day.
- The trial is automatic. No credit card or payment method is required to start.
- You can stop using Comment Crafter at any point during the trial without doing anything; nothing will be charged.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, from your account or by emailing support@aloseislabs.space.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access for the rest of the period you’ve already paid for.
- There is no cancellation fee, and we will never make you justify the decision.
Refunds
Comment Crafter is a monthly subscription, sold as access to a digital service that is enabled instantly after purchase. Because of that:
- Standard policy: we don’t automatically refund unused time on a monthly subscription. Cancellation simply prevents the next renewal.
- Within 14 days of a charge: if you contact us within 14 days of a charge and you’ve genuinely been unable to use the product (technical fault, accidental double-purchase, immediate dissatisfaction with the very first attempt), we will review your request and, where reasonable, refund the charge in full. We aim to resolve refund requests within 5 business days.
- Beyond 14 days: we generally don’t refund charges older than 14 days, but we’ll review unusual situations on a case-by-case basis.
- Local consumer rights: nothing in this policy waives any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country (including statutory withdrawal rights in the EU and similar protections elsewhere).
How to request a refund
Email support@aloseislabs.space from the address registered to your Comment Crafter account and include:
- The date of the charge you’d like reviewed.
- A short description of the issue, ideally with what we can do to make it right.
We reply to refund requests in business hours, usually within one business day.
Failed renewals and account suspension
If a renewal payment fails, we’ll attempt to retry per our payment provider’s retry schedule and email you so you can update your method. If renewal can’t be completed, the AI generation feature will pause until a successful charge restores your subscription. Your account and history are not deleted because of a failed payment.
Chargebacks
If you’re unsure about a charge, please contact us first; we’ll almost always be able to resolve it faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback may temporarily suspend the account while the dispute is investigated.
