Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of aloseislabs.space and any product we offer through it, including Comment Crafter (collectively the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Plain summary. Use the Service responsibly. Don’t use it for spam, harassment, or anything illegal. AI output is a draft, not the truth, you’re responsible for what you actually post. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel; you can cancel any time.

Who we are

The Service is operated by Aloseis Labs (Alexis Johnson), contactable at support@aloseislabs.space. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Aloseis Labs.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or older if your local law requires) to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these terms.

Your account

  • You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
  • You’re responsible for activity under your account, including any subscription charges.
  • You may not share an account with multiple people; each person should have their own.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate, post, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise abusive.
  • Impersonate another person, falsely claim affiliation, or pose as the source of someone else’s words.
  • Mass-post, spam, or attempt to circumvent LinkedIn’s rate limits or platform policies.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass the trial limits, the daily limit, or the entitlement system.
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product, or to train any AI model on its outputs.
  • Interfere with the Service’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, or transmit malicious code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Comment Crafter and LinkedIn

Comment Crafter is a Chrome extension that runs in your browser and works alongside LinkedIn. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft. “LinkedIn” is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. You are responsible for using Comment Crafter in a way that complies with LinkedIn’s own user agreement and policies.

AI output disclaimer

The Service uses third-party large language models to draft suggested comments. Output is a starting point, not a fact. You’re responsible for reviewing every draft before posting. We make no warranty that drafts will be accurate, complete, free of errors, free of bias, or appropriate for any specific person or post. The Service can occasionally produce inaccurate, awkward, or off-tone text; that’s inherent in current AI technology.

Subscriptions, billing, and trial

  • Free trial. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with one AI generation per day. The trial begins when you sign in to Comment Crafter for the first time.
  • Paid plan. After the trial, continued use of the AI generation feature requires an active monthly subscription.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
  • Price changes. If we change the price of an existing plan, we’ll notify active subscribers in advance and the new price will apply only at the next renewal.
  • Taxes. Prices may exclude applicable taxes; the payment provider calculates and adds them where required.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access for the remainder of the period you’ve already paid for. See our refund & cancellation policy for the details.

Service availability and changes

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, model-provider outages, and third-party platform changes can affect availability.
  • We may add, remove, or change features. Material reductions in features for an existing paid plan will be communicated in advance.

Intellectual property

  • The Service, including the website, the extension, and the underlying code, is owned by Aloseis Labs and protected by applicable IP laws.
  • You retain ownership of the post text you submit and the drafts you choose to post. By submitting content for generation you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely to operate the Service.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its source code.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account at any time for violation of these terms, for non-payment, for legal reasons, or if continuing to operate the Service becomes impractical. We will provide reasonable notice where possible. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting deletion.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any specific result will be achieved by using it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aloseis Labs and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, reputation, or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above may not apply to you in full.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Aloseis Labs harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service in violation of these terms, (b) content you generate or post using the Service, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or any third-party right.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to choose a different venue.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and notify you in-product or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the change is your acceptance of the updated terms.
